Design Competition Video

A new Merchant Taylors' Design Competition for students took place earlier this year, as the Great Hall was transformed into an exhibition space. Students showcased twenty inspirational design projects, that included an International Space Station repair robot; a product for paraplegic pianists; and an ergonomic classroom chair.

Congratulations to all the students taking part, representing Foyle College, Merchant Taylors' Senior Boys' School (Crosby), Merchant Taylors' Senior Girls' School (Crosby), Merchant Taylors' School (Northwood), Wallingford School, and Wolverhampton Grammar School.
